Ingredients  

  1. Prehat the oven to 160C / 320F hot air
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it swell for 5 minutes
  3. Add more water if the batter becomes dry
  4. Spread the batter over a baking sheet covered baking tray 
  5. Use a pizza knife or regular knife cut the batter into appropriate crispbread sizes
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 - 40 minutes
  7. Take out the tray when they are done and break the crispbreads from each other, and then put them back in the oven at 50C / 125F to dry
  8. This takes approx. 20 minutes and during the period you have the oven door ajar
  9. Then take out and cool on a wire rack
You do not need to use oregano or basil but it gives a nice taste.
