Ingredients  

  1. Boil eggs until hard-boiled, approx. 10 minutes, and cool in cold water.
  2. Peel and cut in half.
  3. Carefully scrape out the yolk and place in a bowl.
  4. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to a smooth mix.
  5. Place into a spray bag and fill the hole of the egg white with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives and paprika powder before serving.
