Mix minced lamb meat with salt, pepper, heavy cream (do not need it if you avoid milk), and eggs.
Chop olives, garlic, red onion, and basil. Make it into a dough. Finally, add the feta cheese in small cubes.
Form the dough into small balls, and fry them in butter in the pan, over medium heat.
Finely chop the shallots, garlic, and thyme. Fry it in a pan with butter, and add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and let them simmer for about 15 minutes before serving.
With a lunch box / Tupperware you can take this with you on a hike. Perfect with a bit of aioli in which you can dip the bowls.
