Ingredients  

  1. Heat a frying pan with butter and fry the meat on all sides. Put it in a big pot.
  2. Fry shallots quickly in the same pan and put in the pot. 
  3. Chop carrots
  4. Pour in wine, tomatoes, tomato puree, carrots and spices.
  5. Add enough water to just cover all ingredients.
  6. Bring to boil, lower the heat and put on the lid.
  7. Let the pot simmer until the meat is completely tender, approx. 1 hour.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve warm with low-carb bread.
