Ingredients  

  1. Rinse the vegetables well and let it drain in a large strainer/colander.
  2. Then place on a cutting board and remove the "cauliflower leaves" with a sharp knife.
  3. Then divide cauliflower and broccoli into bouquets and place in a deep saucepan.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover everything and cook over medium-high heat.
  5. Sprinkle a little salt and cook until you can stick a fork in it.
  6. Then remove from the oven and drain the water. Then cool to room temperature.
  7. Meanwhile, mix together olive oil with salt, pepper, parsley, thyme and garlic.
  8. Stir well and then mix with the chilled vegetables.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
