Ingredients  

  1. In a large frying pan that you can put in the oven, heat the butter to over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then add the cherry tomatoes, peppers and broccoli.
  4. Continue to fry until the vegetables are tender. If necessary, add more butter. Stir occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk three eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, thyme, oregano, garlic powder and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from the heat and gently crack the remaining three eggs in the pan.
  8. Place the frying pan in the oven and bake for 4-5 minutes.
