Ingredients  

  1. Divide the celery root into pieces (to make them cook faster)
  2. Cook the celery root until it is semi-soft
  3. Use a hand mixer and blend the ingredients until soft
  4. Taste while mixing so you get the taste you want
  5. Optional to use nutmeg for a bit more spicy touch

    Suitable for most dishes, but preferably something with beef / game meat.
