Ingredients  

  1. Pour the contents of the can of chickpeas into a strainer and save the water.
  2. Pour some of the chickpea water into a tall container, for example a measuring cup made for hand mixers, and add 3 dl olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Use a hand mixer to mix the ingredients. Continue until the mayonnaise is thick and full
  4. Season with salt, pepper and lemon.

NOTE:
The nutritional content of this recipe is incorrect as it is based on the chickpeas and not the water used in the recipe. Unfortunately, we have not found the nutritional content of this.
