Ingredients  

  1. Remove the cauliflower stem and divide the cauliflower into small bouquets. Then rinse
  2. Spread the cauliflower over a baking sheet
  3. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and mix them with the cauliflower on the baking sheet
  4. Bake in the oven at 200C / 400F for 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is brown.
  5. Be sure to move around the ingredients every 5 minutes so that the cauliflower is mixed with the fat from the bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
