Grate the cheese if you have not already bought grated cheese
The cheese should be melted so that you can mix in the flour. This can be done either in a pot or a microwave (30 sec)
I did not have a microwave, so I melted the cheese in a saucepan. Make sure you do this on low heat so that the cheese doesn't burn. It may be beneficial to use some water in the kettle to avoid this
Eventually, the cheese will become a soft lump, and you can start mixing in the flour (not everything). I did it little by little, to make sure the consistency was ok.
You should end up with a dough that is not too sticky and not too dry that can be easily rolled out flat.
I ended up with about 80g of flour, but this can vary depending on the flour you use.
The original recipe for Fathead is with almond flour that absorbs liquid differently than sesame flour.
Halfway through mixing in the flour, you can mix in the cream cheese and 1 egg.
You will then notice that the mixture becomes a little softer again, which is why I think it is okay to do this halfway so that you see how much flour you need.
Mix in salt and spices
Then place the dough on a baking paper, and put another baking paper on top
Then roll out or press the dough to a flat crust
Remove the top baking paper and place the crust on a baking tray and place in the oven
Keep the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes or until it has a brown color
Topping:
Put chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and warm it up while adding spices.
I also like to add a few drops of lemon to round off the taste.
Make the pizza:
When the crust is ready, take it out and spread tomato sauce as a thin layer on the crust
Add grated cheese and put back into the oven until melted
