0,50 tablespoon Bakepulver Baking powder
0,50 tablespoon Fiberhusk Psyllium husk
3 tablespoon Funksjonell mat kokosmel Coconut cream / milk
2,50 deciliters Go-tan kokosmelk Coconut cream / milk
to taste Havsalt Salt
3 tablespoon Smør Butter
3 tablespoon Superfruit Chiafrø, 750 g Chia seeds

Preparation

Translate text

Mix chia seeds and coconut milk together and let it sit for about 15 - 20 min.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Mix all the dry ingredients, melted butter with the seeds and coconut milk. It will become a dough that you can shape into 8 buns.
Press the buns a little flat before you put them in the oven.
Place the buns on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200C / 400F for about 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy with a good layer of butter and home-made jam (keto friendly)
The buns can be frozen or they will stay in the fridge for 24 hours.
