Ingredients  

  1. Mix chia seeds and coconut milk together and let it sit for about 15 - 20 min.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients, melted butter with the seeds and coconut milk. It will become a dough that you can shape into 8 buns.
  4. Press the buns a little flat before you put them in the oven.
  5. Place the buns on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200C / 400F for about 20 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy with a good layer of butter and home-made jam (keto friendly)
  7. The buns can be frozen or they will stay in the fridge for 24 hours.
