- Preheat the oven to 200 C / 390F.
- Place the chicken mince, mozzarella, pizza seasoning and Himalayan salt in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix together.
- Place your dough on a piece of baking paper. Then place a new sheet of baking paper over and roll out the dough with a rolling pin (or just use your hands) until it is about 1 cm / 0.4 inches thick.
- Top the crust with the tomato sauce, remaining mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the pizza is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Tips: Remember that the whole crust is made of chicken, so maybe this is the chance to have some extra vegetables as a pizza topping. Things can also be put on as topping is arugula and fresh herbs.
