Ingredients  

  1. Lightly sauté the vegetables in butter, add water and let it cook until tender.
  2. Add more butter if necessary.
  3. Add coconut milk and season with salt.
  4. Put pieces of fish in the pot. Simmer until the fish is ready.
  5. Serve with low-carb bread.
