Ingredients  

  1. Fill a saucepan with water and add berries
  2. Cook over medium heat so it simmers for 25-30 minutes
  3. Then make a puree of the mixture in a strainer and squeeze the juice into a bowl.
  4. This should be about 250g currant juice but can vary.
  5. Calculate gelatin based on the amount of currant juice you get
  6. Pour the juice back into the pan and sweeten. Bring to boil.
  7. Feel free to taste if you want to sweeten.
  8. Put in the gelatin plates and melt them in the mixture
  9. Then pour the juice into a suitable container and set cold.
