Ingredients  

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Creme Fraiche, apple cider vinegar and finely chopped red onion in a bowl. Let this soak a little while you cut up the cauliflower and broccoli in small pieces.
  2. Mix in the cauliflower and broccoli and put the salad in the fridge for a couple of hours (or overnight)
  3. Enjoy with your favorite BBQ dinner.
