Ingredients  

  1. Mix coconut milk and chia seeds in a bowl, let it swell for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the mango, and finely chop it or grind it with a hand mixer.
  3. Grate the lime peel and put it in the bowl with the coconut cream and seeds, add a little lime juice, and pour the mixture into ice cream forms or small cups until they are 3/4 full.
  4. Put the mango in the forms and pour in the rest of the mixture with the chia seeds.
  5. Put the forms in the freezer.
  6. Insert the sticks when the mixture has just begun to solidify.
  7. Leave the forms in the freezer for 3-4 hours so that the ice hardens completely.
