Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the cod fillet into serving pieces and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Wash, clean and cut onions and garlic into thin slices.
  4. Wash and clean broccoli and peppers.
  5. Cut broccoli into small bouquets and peppers into pieces.
  6. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the water.
  7. Place the vegetables in a greased baking dish.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and pour in the broth. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  9. Place the codpieces over the vegetables.
  10. Squeeze lemon juice over the codpieces and put on the pesto.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil.
  12. Bake the dish in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 minutes or until the fish is done.
There are some of the ingredients that can be smart to check the nutritional content: Pesto and broth.

There is a lot of variety to choose from here, and some products have a high carbohydrate level. Preferably find products that have less than 5g of carbohydrates per 100g. It is also the products that have most of the real ingredients.
