  1. Grind pistachios in a blender until it is chopped into coarse pieces.
  2. Roll the cheese in the mix so that it sticks around the whole cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the rest of the nut mix over the cheese.

Serve with one of our recipes for crispbread.
