Ingredients  

  1. Put cottage cheese, cocoa powder, Monk Fruit or Sukrin Gold in a kitchen appliance or blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth cream.
  3. If you find it a bit too viscous, you can adjust the consistency with some milk or iced coffee.
  4. Taste and find your taste preference by adding more of the sweetener of choice.
  5. Divide the chocolate cream into dessert bowls or glasses.
  6. Garnish with nuts and raspberries.
If you can eat some more carbs, you can also add some peanut butter.
