Ingredients  

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  2. Put the chickpeas in a food processor together with freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic, salt and oil.
  3. Add parsley at the end.
  4. The hummus should have a soft consistency and it is often served on a flat plate topped with a little olive oil.
