Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the muffin tray / molds with a little oil, line with baking paper (cut slightly large squares) or with paper muffin tins. Make sure the paper edge is over the molds.
  2. Cut spring onions/onions or leeks into thin slices. 
  3. Cut the ham into smaller pieces, and chop the olives if they are not already chopped.
  4. Grate the cheese or already grated cheese.
  5. Whisk eggs, add cheese and the other ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Fill the muffin form almost full, making sure that the mix is distributed more or less evenly.
  7. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before lifting them out with a spoon.
