Ingredients  

  1. Mix the ingredients for the wrap (basically a thin omelette) until smooth.
  2. Make a thin omelette in a hot frying pan with a little butter
  3. Fry until golden on both sides.
  4. Place the omelette on a plate and fill it with arugula, salami and chevre.
  5. Fold them together and garnish with a few slices of tomato.
