Ingredients  

  1. Boil water, coconut mass and sweetener (Sukrin Gold / Monk Fruit) until the sweetener melts. Then let it cool down.
  2. Add grated lime peel and squeezed lime juice and mix in the coconut milk.
  3. Pour into icecream forms and freeze for a few hours until it has become hard.
