Mix the avocado, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice (squeeze out about 2 tablespoons of the lime), cilantro, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil into a blender or kitchen machine and blend until soft texture (you are basically making guacamole).
Slowly add water and continue blending until you get a thick but still liquid consistency.
Make zoodles of the zucchini with a spiral cutter or cheese grater. Using a grater, you will not get the long "spaghetti" - but they still taste good :)
Put the zoodles in a bowl, salt well and mix.
Then pour them into a strainer and allow the water to drain. It helps to squeeze, but be careful so they don't fall apart.
Slice the bacon into pieces and fry (or do it together with the zoodles)
Fry the zoodles in butter until it gets the consistency you want. I cook for about 15 minutes until almost all the water has evaporated.
