Ingredients

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together to a batter
  2. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and let some butter melt in the pan (do not overdo the use of butter)
  3. Pour the batter into the pan for a medium-sized pancake. It's recommended to make them thicker as they can easily break when you turn them over.
  4. Let the pancake fry until you see that it has dried a little on the side that is up. Then turn it over. Then fry for about 1 minute.

I recommend you use a thin and large spatula so you get a good grip on the pancake when you turn it. If you see that the pancake is too fragile on the first pancake, you can add one extra egg to make the batter firmer.
