Ingredients  

  1. Mix together the minced meat with salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, grated nutmeg and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Form the mix into small buns.
  3. Heat butter in a pan. Lightly fry the meatballs in the frying pan and then let them cook on low heat.
  4. The bowls can also be finished in a sauce (eg chopped tomatoes), and spaghetti can be made from squash with a spiral cutter. 
  5. Otherwise, these bowls are perfect as tapas as well.
