Ingredients  

  1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor or a powerful blender and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small container with a tight lid and freeze for at least an hour before serving.
  3. When done, take out about three tablespoons of ice cream and top with some blueberries and almonds.
  4. Enjoy!
NOTE:
There are different types of essences with different degrees of strength. Be careful with quantity and taste while you make it.
