Ingredients

  1. Melt Sukrin Gold in a saucepan so you get something similar to sugar brine. It's recommended to do this on low heat so it doesn't burn.
  2. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath
  3. Then add butter, salt, vanilla powder and the melted Sukrin Gold
  4. With this mixed together, taste it and see if it has the sweetness you like
  5. Then find a heart-shaped form and pour in the chocolate so that it covers half
  6. Then add in a roasted almond or, for example, coconut flakes
  7. Then, pour more chocolate into the mold and put in the fridge for a few hours until it's hard
