Ingredients

  1. Melt Sukrin Gold in a saucepan so you get something similar to sugar brine. It's recommended to do this on low heat so it doesn't burn.
  2. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath
  3. Then add butter, salt, vanilla powder and the melted Sukrin Gold
  4. With this mixed together, you taste and know if it is the taste you want. Maybe you also want to try some chilli flakes?
  5. Then make small chocolate plates by taking a spoonful of the chocolate mixture on a parchment paper
  6. You can then decorate each plate with, for example:
    1. Chopped roasted almonds (recipe here)
    2. A whole walnut
    3. Chilli flakes and sea salt
    4. Sea salt only
    5. Coconut flakes
  7. Place then cold until it hardens
  8. Serve and enjoy
