Ingredients  

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into thin slices
  2. Cut the avocado into slices or pieces
  3. Have soy sauce in a bowl (and feel free to mix in a little wasabi if you like)
  4. Heat sesame seeds in a medium-hot pan (make sure it does not burn) and sprinkle over the salmon
  5. Decorate with coriander
