Ingredients  

  1. Cut beef into large strips (0.5 x 6 cm).
  2. Fry the meat together with the onions in a hot frying pan with butter.
  3. Put the meat in a saucepan with the mushrooms.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add tomato puree, broth and crème fraîche, and simmer for a few minutes until the stew has a nice consistency.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
