Ingredients  

Mix together half a box of cottage cheese and berries.

Note:
Berry jams may have some surprises when it comes to sugar content. It is therefore preferable to use berries, and raspberries are low in carbohydrates.

A tip is to have frozen raspberries in the fridge the night before your need them so they are ready in the morning.
