Ingredients  

  1. Pour coconut cream/milk into a glass or small bowl.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and put the glass / bowl in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. The chia seeds will swell and you will get a thick consistency of the pudding.
  5. Top the pudding with fresh passion fruit and toasted coconut flakes just before serving.
