Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C / 345F.
  2. Chop the nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  3. Mix the chopped nuts with the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Fry in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 175C / 345F, but make sure it is not get burned.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a hot bath or microwave.
  7. Allow the "cake" to cool as you take them out of the oven and divide in to about 20 portions with a sharp knife.
  8. Dip each muesli bar a few centimeters into the chocolate.
  9. Cool until they solidify completely.
  10. Can be stored in both the fridge and freezer.
