Ingredients  

  • Remove seeds from the chili and run in a blender or food processor along with garlic and olive oil or avocado oil.
  • Put the prawns in a bowl, pour over the oil, and let it stand while you cut up the vegetables.
  • Cut the vegetables into strips, leave the asparagus whole, and fry barely tender in a little of the oil the prawns are in.
  • Add the prawns and the rest of the oil, and sauté until the prawns are hot, approx. 2 minutes.
