Ingredients  

  1. Cut the fish into serving sizes and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the saithe for approx. 1 minute on each side, it should get a golden color.
  3. Take it out of the pan and keep it warm.
  4. Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets and coarsely chop hazelnuts.
  5. Fry the cauliflower in butter until it gets a nice color.
  6. Add hazelnuts, crème fraîche and spinach and fry gently.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and the juice of a lemon.
