- Mix the yogurt with Sukrin syrup and vanilla (seeds only) in a bowl.
- Lay baking paper in a baking tray and pour in the yoghurt mixture.
- Spread berries and nuts over the mix, and press them a little into the yoghurt.
- Put the tray in the freezer for at least two hours.
- When done, let it sit on the countertop for a while before cutting it into suitable pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and make thin strips with a spoon.
If you do not eat everything at once, the pieces can be stored in the freezer in an empty icebox.
