Ingredients  

  1. Mix sour cream and feta cheese into an airy cream and add finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, basil and pepper.

It is a wonderful and airy cream with lots of flavors that goes well with lamb burger, beef, chicken, salmon, pie or on a toasted slice with cherry tomatoes.
