Ingredients  

  1. Put the yogurt in a coffee filter and let it drain in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Grate the cucumber and put it in a colander. Sprinkle with salt. Leave it for at least half an hour.
  3. Finely chop garlic and mint.
  4. Mix everything, and season with pepper.
