Ingredients  

  1. Put herbs, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. While blending, gently add red wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil. The sauce is done when everything is nicely mixed.
  2. Set it aside and allow the flavors to marinate. Serve room temperature.
