Ingredients  

  1. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a pan with a little butter and let it become an omelet
  2. Mix together the ingredients for the tomato sauce.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the omelette and add the topping. Cover with a lid until all ingredients are warm.
  4. Serve immediately.

TIP:
You can use different ingredients as topping including tomato slices, sausage/ham and grated cheese.
