Ingredients  

  1. Cut most strawberries into pieces and season with 1 tablespoon of Sukrin Melis (low-carb icing).
  2. Divide the rest of the strawberries in half and save them for garnish.
  3. Whisk together eggs, water and salt.
  4. Melt butter in a hot pan. Pour in the batter.
  5. Place strawberry pieces and cottage cheese on one half of the omelette when the egg mixture is almost fried.
  6. Fold the other half over. Put the omelette on a plate.
  7. Sprinkle with Sukrin Melis
