Ingredients  

  1. Whisk together eggs, water and salt.
  2. Put butter in a small frying pan and fry
  3. Pour the batter into the pan.
  4. Place grated cheese, ham (divided into strips) and peppers on one half of the omelette and fold the other half over.
  5. Place the omelette on a plate so that the underside comes up.
  6. Garnish with salad.
