Ingredients  

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C / 430F.
  2. Grease small portion forms with butter.
  3. Cover the bottom with grated cheese.
  4. Divide the cherry tomato in half and add it together with the crème fraîche.
  5. Crack one egg into each form and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  6. Place the forms on a tray in the middle of the oven.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
