Ingredients  

  1. Grate the zucchini/squash
  2. Then make sure to squeeze out the water. You can do this, for example, by placing the zucchini in a colander and press.
  3. Chop up the mint and slice the feta into cubes
  4. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
  5. Then make small patties and fry in a pan with butter

It can be smart to re-whisk the batter for each patty you make so that the eggs don't end up at the bottom.
