Ingredients

  1. Peel a cucumber and cut it in half, then in half lengthwise. Use a teaspoon and scrape out the seeds in the middle. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  2. Clean the garlic. Press flat with a knife and then finely chop it.
  3. Make small cuts in the fatty edge of the pork chop so it will fry evenly. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on both sides in a hot frying pan with butter.
  5. Let the pork chops then cook on low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. Saute the garlic and leeks quickly in a frying pan with a little butter. Add the cucumber and cook for a few more minutes. Pour on heavy cream and bring to boil.
  7. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
