Ingredients  

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and add a little salt.
  2. Peel the asparagus and put it in water. Boil for 2-3 minutes, pour out the boiling water and cool the vegetables quickly down in ice-cold water.
  3. Peel the first layer of the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  4. Split the cherry tomato in half and cut the feta cheese in cubes.
  5. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  6. Fry the steak strips in a hot pan with butter.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Divide the avocado in half, take out the stone with a spoon, and remove the peel.
  9. Cut into large pieces.
  10. Serve the steak salad as you like - on a large serving platter or place on each plate.
  11. Cover with olive oil just before serving.
