Ingredients  

  1. Clean the brussels sprouts and cut them into halves.
  2. Boil water, add salt and cook them until tender, approx. 2 minutes.
  3. Cool them in cold water.
  4. Rinse tomatoes and cut them into four
  5. Finely chop the shallots and fry in a pan with butter over medium heat.
  6. Mix brussels sprouts, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
