Ingredients  

  1. Whisk the eggs and mix in the chives.
  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan.
  3. Spread the batter over the hot pan to make a thin omelet.
  4. Cook on medium heat until the omelet is cooked thoroughly.
  5. Place the omelet on a plate and then add salad, smoked trout or salmon, and tomatoes.
  6. The dressing is made by mixing mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann's), dill and a few drops of lemon in a small bowl.
  7. Then put the dressing on top and wrap it before serving
